Record Keeping
Forge maintains complete and accurate records of participant admission, progress, and completion, including financial records. All records are handled in accordance with the Privacy Amendment Act 2000 and are kept confidential. Participants may request access to their records in writing.
Quality Assurance
Forge upholds a quality assurance system to manage and monitor our education and mentorship offerings, including feedback mechanisms for participants and staff satisfaction.
Course Evaluation
To help us improve, participants will be invited to provide feedback through course evaluations at designated points. All responses are confidential.
Participant Code of Conduct
By enrolling in Forge, participants agree to uphold this Code of Conduct and adhere to the platform’s rules, policies, and procedures.
Participation and Learning

Actively engage in all aspects of learning at Forge.

Respect the collaborative nature of the Forge community.

Attend all scheduled sessions punctually and participate fully.

Engage consistently with asynchronous materials and activities.

Submit rehearsal videos as required and actively participate in cohort discussions and critiques.

Dedicate sufficient time outside of formal sessions to reflect, practice, and implement feedback.

Complete all assigned tasks, assessments, and projects to the best of your ability.
Absences and Catching Up

Notify the Forge team in advance of any planned absences or lateness.

Take responsibility for catching up on any missed content using provided resources, including cohort communications and any shared materials.

Proactively seek peer collaboration to bridge any learning gaps.

Understand that while certain video resources may be available, live sessions and cohort interactions are central to the Forge experience.
Communication

Stay informed about Forge’s policies, procedures, and updates.

Keep your contact information current with Forge.

Read all official communications from the Forge team.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of your peers and mentors.

Use professional, respectful communication across all channels.
Conduct and Community Standards

Behave with honesty, integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws and Forge policies.

Refrain from plagiarism, academic misconduct, or breaching copyright; credit all sources and inspirations appropriately.

Treat all participants, mentors, and staff with courtesy, respect, and without discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

Participate in all Forge activities free from the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.

Use Forge resources responsibly and ethically.

Follow all security and access guidelines established by Forge.

Adhere to any reasonable requests from Forge staff to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
Representation and Reputation

Represent yourself and Forge with professionalism at all times.

Ensure your conduct does not harm the reputation or standing of Forge.

Do not use Forge’s name, logo, or resources for personal or commercial purposes without explicit permission.
