Forge is for everyone.

 

For postgraduates and professionals and those without formal training. Our mentors meet you where you are and take you further. All you need is a choir you work with regularly, and readiness to engage fully and learn alongside others.

 

For conductors who...

... have gained, through study or experience, the core conducting skills required to engage fully in this intensive 30-week programme.

... are interested in developing their practice through guidance, challenge, and perspective offered by internationally recognised mentors.

... regularly lead a choir or choirs, whether in professional, amateur, or educational contexts, and are actively responsible for musical direction.

... value openness, generosity, and reflection, and are ready to learn alongside a diverse, international community of peers.
