The Start of the Contract
In these terms and conditions, Forge Conducting Limited will be referred to as “Forge”.
Upon email receipt of the Student’s confirmation of enrolment, a legally binding enrolment contract is enacted between the Student and Forge. The Student will be deemed to have received the Confirmation of Enrolment on the date on which the email attaching it is sent, if sent on a working day before 5pm. If sent after 5pm or on a non-working day, it will be deemed received the next working day.
It is the Student’s responsibility to ensure they have access to high-speed internet for the duration of the course.
Course Requirements
All Students are required to have access to Zoom, and a computer that supports these programs for the entire course duration, including outside of class hours.
Course Fees
All deposits must be paid via our website, which uses Stripe to process payments. Payment thereafter may be made in full or in instalments by bank transfer or via the monthly link emailed to you each month. Upon enrolment, Forge’s Finance Team can clarify any payment queries.
The Student will receive a welcome email from the Forge Finance Team before the course starts, confirming the amounts and due dates of course payments.
Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan. Students will receive updated account statements with every payment received.
Late monthly payments will result in temporary suspension of access to Forge’s learning environments.
Any additional bank charges resulting from the Student’s payment method are the Student’s responsibility.
Students will not gain access to Forge’s learning platforms until their first course fee instalment has been received.
Additional Costs
Students are responsible for covering any additional costs for required equipment or resources.
