Record Keeping
Forge maintains complete and accurate records of participant admission, progress, and completion, including financial records. All records are kept secure and confidential, and managed in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
Participants may request access to their records in writing.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation
Forge operates a quality assurance system to monitor and improve our programmes. Participants will be invited to provide feedback at designated points. Responses are confidential and used to help us enhance the experience.
Participant Code of Conduct
By enrolling in Forge, participants agree to uphold this Code of Practice and follow Forge’s rules, policies, and procedures.
Participation and Learning

Engage actively in all aspects of the course.

Respect the collaborative nature of the Forge community.

Attend at least 75% of scheduled sessions, punctually and prepared.

Submit rehearsal videos and participate fully in cohort discussions and critiques.

Dedicate sufficient time outside sessions to reflect, practise, and implement feedback.
Absences and Catching Up

Notify the Forge team in advance of planned absences or lateness.

Take responsibility for catching up using provided resources and cohort communications.

Understand that while recordings may be provided, live sessions and interactions are central to the Forge experience.
Communication

Keep your contact information up to date with Forge.

Read all official communications from the Forge team.

Use professional, respectful communication across all channels.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of peers and mentors.
Conduct and Community Standards

Behave with honesty, integrity, and respect.

Do not engage in plagiarism, copyright breaches, or academic misconduct.

Treat all participants, mentors, and staff with courtesy and without discrimination, harassment, or bullying.

Participate free from alcohol or prohibited substances.

Use Forge platforms and resources responsibly and ethically.

Follow reasonable instructions from Forge staff to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
Representation and Reputation

Represent yourself and Forge professionally at all times.

Do not act in a way that damages the reputation of Forge.

Do not use Forge’s name, logo, or resources for personal or commercial purposes without permission.
Consequences of Breach
Failure to uphold this Code may result in warnings, suspension of access, or termination of enrolment, in line with Forge’s Terms & Conditions.
